Teaching the Prose Writing "requires" me to write a novel. I give a real example of
writing prose. There are many theories on how to write prose (short stories, novels,
romance, drama, film scenarios, etc.). As a lecturer who teaches these courses, I must
give an example.
The Sound of the Sea (Kanisius Yogya, 2017) is the eleventh novel that I wrote; and
"Patah Bulan" (coming soon 2020) is the twelfth novel.
I also write scientific papers and publish them in several accredited journals. For example:
"Discourse of Power and Truth in the Oral Poetry of Sa Ngaza" (Mosaic Journal of
Humanities Vol 17 No. 1 January - June 2017 Faculty of Arts, Airlangga
University, Surabaya); "The Power of Truth of Parrhesia and Parrhesiasist in the Poetry Collection of
Arakian Ballad" (International Journal of Humanity Studies, University of Sanata
Dharma Yogyakarta 2019).
Author of the Kupang Pos Column (2001 to present). Has written about 1000 parody
titles (2000 pages) on issues of education, health, economics, politics, and other
socio-cultural issues which will be published as books.
I need to publish three books. 1. Theory and Method of Prose Writing; 2. Sa Ngaza Ngada
Oral Poetry: Its Hakikat and Inheritance. 3. Parody in three titles. I also need to publish
three more novels.
